Mr. Abdulqader Al-Saiary holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (Regulations) from the Faculty of Law at King Abdulaziz University, both with Distinction and First-Class Honors.

He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association and a certified Notary by the Ministry of Justice. Additionally, he is a certified professional by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) for the registration of trademarks, industrial designs, and patents, and is also accredited by the Real Estate General Authority.
